Commission Sheet

(Make sure to read the ToS as well in order to have an in-depth understanding of the commissioning process, and the do's and dont's.)

Art commissions consist of the following options:(With Background +$5)
1. Bust ($15)
2. Half-Body ($25)
3. Full Body ($35)

Terms of Service

Hello! Written below is the terms of service regarding the commissioning of artwork from the artist, Sparkyblu. By requesting and purchasing a commission, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.General Terms
- The artist has the right to refuse to draw certain requests that are inappropriate or outside of their skill level (NSFW, gore, realism, hateful/discriminatory themes).
- Commissioned artwork will strictly be done in the artist's art style. I am not allowed to copy another art style for copyright purposes.Commission Process
1. Client provides specific description of request (e.g bust/half-body/full-body/custom request, add-ons such as background).
2. Artist arranges a slot for client before proceeding to payment.
3. A (non-refundable) downpayment that is 50% of the total price is provided before sketch is presented for approval.
4. Sketch is provided upon downpayment and is subject to approval or revisions by the client.
5. Remaining payment is given before completion of final artwork. Final artwork is provided through email.Payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- A 50% non-refundable payment is required before starting sketch.
- Full payment is required before final artwork.
- All payment done either via Gcash or Paypal (Gcash is most preferrable if available).
- No refunds.Revisions
- Only a maximum of 2 revisions can be given during the sketch phase.
- If revisions go beyond the limit, additional fees are required.
- Revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase, it is not allowed upon the rendering of artwork.Usage Rights and CopyrightCopyright Ownership
As the artist, I have full ownership and copyright over all commissioned artwork. The artist is allowed to use said commissioned artwork in various purposes and platforms such as promotional material, portfolio, and social media.Client Usage Rights
Clients are allowed to use commissioned artwork (paid completely) for personal and non-commercial purposes such as profile pictures and social media content (all credit required).Commercial Use
Client must inform the artist if the artwork is to be used for commercial purposes. Licensing fees will be required.Important: Client is NOT allowed to use commissioned artwork in AI training.Deadlines and Delivery
- Client will be notified by the artist when progress has begun.
- In case of delays, the artist will make sure to communicate with the client regarding it.
- 1 month is the maximum limit for the time span in creating final artwork. The artist will inform the client of possible expected dates but is still subject to change.
- Final artwork will be sent via email (all work is digital).Cancellation and Refunds
- Refunds will not be allowed upon start of drawing.
- Cancellations and refunds are allowed only if the process of drawing has not yet begun.
- Full refunds are provided if the artist is unable to proceed to work.Communication
- Communication is done via platforms available to the artist (email, messenger).By commissioning artwork, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
